Cancellation policy of Hotel Sas Morin

Important information and reservation conditions for your stay at our 3-star Hotel in Val di Fassa.

Booking conditions and cancellation policy
The reservation will be cancelled with return or re-use of the deposit paid for reasons of force majeure (COVID,RESTRICTIONS, FORCE MAJEURE CAUSES).
Up to 7 days before the agreed date of arrival, the hotel reservation can be cancelled with a written declaration with the return of the deposit paid.
In the event of cancellation between 6 days and 2 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be retained.
In the event of cancellation less than 2 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the total agreed price will be charged.
The dates of arrival and departure are binding. In case of early departure or no-show, the entire booked period will be charged.
In case of late arrival, unless previously communicated, the room reservation will be cancelled without notice.

Tourist tax
€1.50 per person per day.
Children under 14 years of age are exempt. Not applicable for stays longer than 10 consecutive days.

Reservation and Deposit
The reservation is only binding upon receipt of a deposit of 20% of the total cost of the stay. The deposit can be paid by CREDIT CARD through the ONLINE BOOKING system. The details for a bank transfer are as follows.

Arrival and departure
The rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
