Please see below our answers to the most frequently asked questions from our guests when booking a holiday at our hotel in Trentino.

Reservation and cancellation▸

1.) How do I make a reservation?
You can book your holiday online on our website, by email or by phone. Take advantage of the best guaranteed price.

2.) Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by cash up to Euro 4,999.00 or by VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MASTERCARD and MAESTRO credit/debit cards.

3.) Are there any cancellation penalties?
In the event of the reservation being cancelled or postponed, the following cancellation penalties apply:
• Up to 15 days prior to arrival date, cancellation is free.
• From 14 to 3 days before the arrival date, the confirmation deposit will be retained.
• In the event of cancellation 3 days before the arrival date, 50% of the agreed total price will be charged.
• Arrival and departure dates are binding. In case of late arrival, early departure or no show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
• In the event of non-communication of late arrival, the room reservation will be cancelled without notice.
• Booking cancellations will only be accepted in writing.

BeSafe rate▸

1.) What is BeSafe rate?
The BeSafe Rate is a prepaid rate with Insurance included and can be booked up to 15 days before arrival.
The rate that protects you and your loved ones from unforeseen events by guaranteeing a refund of up to 100% in case of cancellation and assistance during your stay for the covers provided in the Insurance Policy. Coverages included are valid from booking to check-out.

CANCELLATION GUARANTEE: refund of up to 100% of the amount prepaid, valid for unforeseen events such as illness (COVID-19 included), hospitalization, injury, cancelled employee holidays.
ASSISTANCE DURING YOUR STAY: from arrival to departure you can benefit from healthcare, luggage coverage, theft cover and roadside assistance. Book now to receive at check-in a map of the city, included in the rate! Insurance coverage policy.

Arrival and departure▸

1.) What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3pm onwards and check-out by 10am.

2.) Where can I park my car?
We have a large outdoor parking area and a small garage for those travelling by motorbike.

3.) Is there a baggage service?
Yes, we’ll be happy to help with your luggage on arrival.

Rooms and apartments▸

1.) Do the bedrooms and apartments have a balcony with a view?
All the bedrooms and apartments have a balcony with a panoramic view of the Dolomites. Only some Comfort category rooms don’t have a balcony.

2.) Do the bedrooms and apartments have carpets or parquet floors?
Mostly parquet.

3.) Are there connecting rooms available?
Yes, 2 standard bedrooms have an inter-connecting door.

Wellness▸

1.) What are the opening hours and services offered by the wellness centre?
Use of the Finnish sauna, Turkish bath and relaxation area is free between 4pm and 8pm. The use of the new outdoor whirlpool and the new Finnish sauna in the garden are also included.
Use of the PRIVATE SPA (extra charge) is pre-bookable and available before 4pm or after 8pm.

2.) Are bathrobes and slippers included?
Yes, they are included.

Other▸

1.) Can I bring my pet?
We accept small and medium-sized pets (up to 25 kg) at a cost of €15 per day (excludes food) - starting Decembre 2024 € 20 per day

2.) Do you have an agreement with the QC Terme?
Yes, our guests benefit from a reduced rate.

3.) Do you organise guided excursions?
Yes, we have our own private guide.
During the summer every Sunday from 18:30 to 20:00 a guide will be at the hotel to explain the Val di Fassa Sport & Outdoor offer

4.) Local tourist tax
The local tax is added to the basic price. The charge will be 2,50€ per person and day (starting from the age of 14) and has to be paid right away on premise.

Halfboard▸

At the hotel bar, we have a small selection of various hot and cold dishes.

1.) Is it possible to book half-board?
Thanks to our agreement with the Le Giare restaurant, our guests can also book half board. A buffet breakfast will be served in our hotel and for dinner our guests can dine à la carte at Le Giare restaurant, which is 250 metres away.

2.) How much does it cost?
In addition to the price of the room/apartment with breakfast, there is an extra charge of € 35 per day. Guests will receive a voucher with which they can dine à la carte (read menu) for up to € 35.00. Any price difference must be settled directly in the restaurant.

3.) Is it possible to book half-board for individual days only?
Half-board at "Le Giare" restaurant must always be booked for the entire stay.

4.) Are there guaranteed tables?
For guests staying at Sas Morin we have some reserved tables at Le Giare restaurant. A reasonable advance payment is required to reserve a table.
